New Money University™ Code of Conduct / Community Guidelines

Effective Date: September 5, 2025

These guidelines apply to all students and users interacting within any New Money University community (forums, social media groups, etc.).

1. Respect and Professionalism

• Be Respectful: Treat all members, instructors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.

• No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks of any kind.

2. Content Integrity and Intellectual Property

• No Sharing: Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access paid NMU content.

• No Piracy: Do not copy, distribute, or upload any NMU content (videos, PDFs, templates, etc.) to third-party sites. All course materials are the intellectual property of NMU.

• No Solicitation: Do not use the community to promote or solicit other businesses, products, or services unless explicitly permitted by NMU staff.

3. Legal and Compliance

• No Personal Financial Advice: Members are prohibited from giving specific, personalized financial or investment advice to other members. All community discussions must remain educational and general in nature, in line with the Disclaimer.

Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate and permanent revocation of your access to the course and community without eligibility for a refund.
