New Money University™ Enrollment Agreement

Effective Date: September 5, 2025

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between the student ("Learner," "you") and New Money University ("NMU," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of our online educational services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," "Enroll Now," or similar, and by submitting payment for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Course Access and License

• Grant of License: NMU grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the course materials, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational use.

• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, modify, or create derivative works of any course content without the express written permission of NMU.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NMU be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to any financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oxford.
